Joanne Sharpe is a versatile artist based in Carshalton Beeches. She studied Textile design at Bretton Hall College, Leeds University and was a freelance textile designer selling designs in London , New York, Japan, Paris & Milan. She now combines her time painting with a career in teaching. Joanne's favourite subjects to paint are the English countryside and still life. These inspire her to use strong colours, mixed with subtle neutral tones and texture in her favourite medium of oils.
